Global Return Policy

Return condition

Time limit: Customers must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. After this time limit, returns will no longer be accepted.

Item condition: The returned item must be in its original condition without any use or damage. Goods should come with all original labels, packaging and accessories if there's any.

Quality problems: If the product has quality problems, such as cracks, defects, etc., please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and provide relevant proof.

Return process

Return Request: Please contact our Customer Service by email or phone to make a return request and provide the order number and the reason for the return.

Return review: Our team will review the request within 2 business days of receiving it and notify you whether the return is approved.

Return shipping: Once the return request has been approved, please pack the item properly and send it back by traceable Courier. The freight incurred by the return will be borne by the customer. There's no return shipping fee if the return is a result of our mistakes (you received a wrong or defective item, etc.)

Refund processing: After receiving the return and confirming the condition of the product, we will process a refund for you. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Matters needing attention

Exceptions: Custom goods are not accepted for return unless there is a serious quality problem. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping damage: If the returned item is damaged during the delivery process, we will not be able to process a refund. Therefore, please make sure that the goods are properly packaged and choose a reliable Courier company.
