How much does international shipping cost?

We offer free express shipping for orders over 200 US$ shipping to outside of China. For orders from 0$ to 49$, we will charge extra 20$ for shipping; For orders from 50$ to 99$, we will charge extra 25$ for shipping. For orders from 100$ to 199$, we will charge extra 35$ for shipping. Returns shipping fee need to be paid by customers themselves if the return is not a result of our mistakes (you received a wrong or defective item, etc.) .

 

How do I track my international order?

We will offer tracking number right after your package get shipped.

How fast is your international shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our store, pending availability and credit verification. Customization need 1 or 2 more days. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-15 days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, temporary COVID-19 may also cause some delays. 

 

Can I get my international order faster?

Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 5-10 days, and sometimes quicker!

Can I ship to an international PO box?

Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
