Source & Take Real Photos/Videos
We visit reliable stalls/factories, take real photos/videos of the products, and send them to you for selection, or arrange an one-on-one live show for you pick directly.
Negotiate Price & Confirm Quotation
We negotiate with stalls to get the best price, then send you a detailed quotation (including product price, service fee, shipping cost).
Payment & Sourcing
You make payment, we purchase the selected products from the stalls/factories.
Inspection & Packaging
We inspect each product (check for cracks, authenticity), then package them safely (neutral packaging or your brand label).
Shipping & Track
We arrange international shipping (UPS/DHL/FedEx/Sea Freight), send you the tracking number, and track the shipment until it arrives.
After-Sales Service
If there are quality issues (non-human damage), we'll check for replacement or refund.
